American Friends of the Alexander von Humboldt Foundation and IU Global hosted a panel discussion that featured Ukrainian Ambassador to the United States Oksana Markarova, US Ambassador-at-Large for Global Criminal Justice, Office of Global Criminal Justice, Beth Van Schaack, and German Ambassador to the United States Emily Haber. The panel was moderated by Humboldt alumnus Timothy Waters, Professor of Law at Indiana University’s Mauer School of Law and hosted by Humboldt alumna Hannah Buxbaum, Vice President for International Affairs at Indiana University, and Humboldtian and AFAvH Board member Šumit Ganguly, Distinguished Professor of Political Science and the Tagore Chair in Indian Cultures and Civilizations at Indiana University.
